Michael Loney
Joint Managing Director
Michael’s expertise is primarily focused on financing, funds management and development management within Loney Bell Capital and Ausbuild Group.
His risk management approach to every aspect of business, when matched with his entrepreneurial pursuit, delivers consistently strong results.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Financial Planning and Investment), majoring in Professional Accounting. He has extensive experience in housing, commercial, development and finance.

Matthew Loney
Joint Managing Director
Matthew’s expertise is primarily focused on identifying englobo development opportunities for the Group.
A passionate and experienced negotiator, Matthew oversees Ausbuild’s investment division.
With a background in property sales and sales management, combined with the Group’s land acquisition responsibilities, he is well placed to ensure Ausbuild’s investment division has both a clear direction and a sustainable future.

Matthew Bell
Joint Managing Director
Matthew has more than 25 years’ experience in the housing and construction industry, from estimating and contract management, to on-site project management, sales and marketing.
His passion lies in housing design and product development, and he thoroughly enjoys being involved in the continual development of Ausbuild’s innovations and bringing these exciting products to market.

Richard Didcott
Finance Director
Richard is a qualified accountant, with responsibility for the financial health of the business.
He has over 30 years’ experience in many facets of the property industry including 14 years at Ausbuild, Ray White (CFO), Ray White Franchise (ownership), development sites and new project sales

Hamilton Byrne
General Manager
Hamilton is a registered property valuer holding a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development, majoring in Property Valuation.
He also holds a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance. Hamilton has over 13 years of experience within the property and finance sectors.
