Loney Bell Capital is a licensed, boutique investment company, tailoring investment opportunities for wholesale investors only. The investment opportunities are presently dedicated to Ausbuild Group developments within the residential property sector.

 

Commercial property development has always been a passion for the Loney and Bell families. Loney Bell Capital is planning on leveraging off this expertise to provide commercial property development opportunities to our investors. Several offerings will be made available to qualifying investors, including but not limited to initial site acquisition, development construction funding and/or short- & long-term asset holding of commercial property.


Ausbuild Group was established in 1988 and is a family owned, second generation housing development company that has grown to be one of Queensland’s largest privately owned development companies. Now turning over greater than $250 million revenue per annum, having sold 1,146 house, land and townhouses for the 2020 calendar year. Ausbuild Group operates in South East Queensland and is a fully integrated residential housing developer, providing homes, land, townhouses and finance to both owner occupiers and investor clients nationally.
